The allegations, dating back to 2020, involve a male music producer who claims Combs exposed himself and engaged in inappropriate conduct during a photo shoot at a Los Angeles warehouse.

Combs, who is currently serving a four-year prison sentence in New Jersey for prostitution-related charges, has categorically denied the allegations. "Mr. Combs categorically denies as false and defamatory all claims that he sexually abused anyone," stated his attorney, Jonathan Davis. Davis emphasized that Combs looks forward to clearing his name in court, where evidence will be scrutinized.

The sheriff's department confirmed that its special victim's bureau is in the early stages of the investigation, with further details withheld due to the sensitivity of the case. The accuser, whose identity remains confidential, reported the incident to police in Largo, Florida, earlier this year, shortly after Combs' conviction on other charges.

Combs' legal troubles have been mounting, with dozens of civil lawsuits alleging drugging and sexual assault.
